Ugadi Recipes: With Ugadi Festival just around the corner, I wish all my Telugu friends a very happy new year. Ugadi festival this year falls on this month 21st (March 21st 2015).
Ugadi is a major festival in Andhra Pradesh and Karnataka and it is a festival to welcome the New Year, which is the first day of the Telugu calendar. Uga means age and aadi means beginning ie. “The beginning of a new age.”
