I love the soft taste of paneer in whatever dish its added. Bread paneer rolls has been one of my most favorite and serves as a great appetizer or delicious compliment for evening coffee or tea. This snack can be prepared quickly with rolled up and toasted bread with a spicy paneer filling. Kids love this crunchy munchy snacks for lunch box or as after school snack due to its addictive taste. Also it can be prepared as a starter recipe for any special occasion or get togethers. Ingredients

Bread slices - 6 to 8

Paneer - 150 g

Pepper pwd - 1/2 tsp

Red chilli pwd - 1/2 tsp

Ginger garlic paste - 1/2 tsp

Green chilli sliced - 1/2 tsp

Lemon juice - few drops

Milk - 1 tbsp

Corn flour - 1 tbsp

Coriader leaves

Salt to taste

Butter or oil to shallow fry

Instructions

1.

Grate paneer to fine shreds.

2.

To it add pepper pwd, red chilli pwd, salt, ginger garlic paste, green chilli, finely chopped coriander leaves, lemon juice and a tbsp of milk.

Mix to coarse paste.

4.

Take bread slices and trim the edges.

5.

Sprinkle few drops of water and roll to thin slices.

6.

In a small cup, make a thin paste of 1 tbsp of corn flour, 1/2 tsp of pepper pwd, salt and little water.

7.

Apply the corn flour paste on the edges of the bread.

8.

Now stuff the paneer mixture in the bread, as shown in video.

9.

Roll it tightly from one end and seal the edge with corn flour paste.

10.

Smear some butter or oil over the surface of the bread roll.

11.

Repeat the same for all the bread slices and keep the rolls ready.

12.

Heat 1 tbsp of butter or oil in frypan.

13.

Place the bread rolls and fry until they turn golden brown and crispy on all sides.

14.

Remove from flame.

15.

Enjoy hot with tomato ketchup, mint chutney or any dip of your choice.

16.

Serve hot
