How to make Sev Puri ? / Sev Papdi Chat / Easy Chat Recipes :

 Sev Puri :

Sev Puri is one of my all time favorite evening time chaat. This is very quick to make at home.

As the name indicates, this delicious snack is prepared by topping Sev on puris or papdi’s, along with a  wonderful combo of ingredients.  It is a speciality street snack of Mumbai.

I am sure you will all love this delectable yummy chat recipe..!

Method:

To make Crispy Puri:

6.     Dust it with maida flour and roll it to very thin shape.  ( I have cut the edges with cutter to get perfect round shape )

7.     Now cut into small round shapes with the help of any lid, as shown in the pic.

8.     Heat oil in a frypan.
9.     Drop the pooris in the hot oil gently in batches.

10.  Keep the flame in  low medium, and fry till the puri’s are crisp and golden on both sides.

11.  Yummy poori’s are ready.
