Banana  Walnut  Cake  is so easy to make at home & It tastes delicious with rich banana flavor and a light walnut crunch.  For those who are beginners in baking, this is one of the best cake to start with..!
Nutmeg, walnuts and a touch of vanilla extract added to the cake batter, really brings out the banana in this healthy cake and it tastes not too sweet with light & fluffy texture. My kids love to enjoy this cake with whipped cream, but its really great all by itself.
It makes a very filling breakfast or a tea time snack.
Just give this staple cake recipe a try & enjoy..:)
