Try this homemade Dates Milk Shake recipe today ..Enjoy!
- Dates - 10
- Milk - 1 cup
- Honey - 1 tbsp
- Ice cream - 2 scoops
- Soak dates in ½ cup of milk for 10 mins.
- Remove seeds and transfer to blender.
- Add milk and grind to smooth paste.
- Now add honey, ice cream and mix until smooth.
- Store it in fridge.
- Pour in glass and enjoy healthy and delicious dates milk shake.:)
