´ve seen in internet some curious indian street food, it seems to be very popular and like magic... its is a bunch of small cilinders wich are placed into a kind of pot full of sand or salt, all under fire, they mix it vigoruosly with a hand made type of holed pan, and in seconds, this cilinders grow at least 3 times its original size, I´m atonished, the next thing i must, is taste it and find out how amazing it will finally be! please send me the recipe or a link.
