  • Dates - 10 to 15
  • Chilled milk - 300 ml
  • Sugar - 1 tbsp
  • Honey - 1 tbsp

  1. Wash and soak dates in warm water for 10 mins.
  2. Deseed them.
  3. Add to blender.
  4. Add chilled milk.
  5. Add cinnamon pwd, sugar and honey.
  6. Blend well.
