Yummy Indian style paneer fried rice recipe with video and easy step by step instructions. It tastes heavenly delicious with the flavor of aromatic spices.

Yield - 4 servings

Ingredients

Basmati rice - 1 cup

Paneer cubes - 100 g

Butter - 1 tbsp

Oil - 1 tbsp

Onion sliced - 1/2 cup

Green chilli - 2

Grated garlic - 1 tsp

Spring onions chopped - 1/2 cup

Capsicum sliced - 2 tbsp

Carrot, beans sliced - 1/2 cup

Red chilli flakes - 1/2 tsp

Soy sauce - 1 tbsp

Vinegar - 1 tbsp

Red chilli sauce - 1 tbsp

Salt to taste

Instructions

1.

Heat a frypan.

Add butter and melt.

3.

Add sliced paneer cubes and roast to golden.

4.

Set it aside.

5.

Add grated garlic and saute until light brown.

6.

Add sliced onion, spring onions, green chilli and saute.

7.

Add sliced veggies (carrot, beans and capsicum) and toss in high flame.

8.

Add salt, pepper pwd, soy sauce, vinegar, red chilli sauce, red chilli flakes and toss.

9.

Add sauted paneer cubes.

10.

Give a quick stir.

11.

Add cooked basmati rice and stir.

12.

Add finely chopped spring onions green.

13.

Toss in high flame.

14.

Turn off flame.

15.

Garnish with more spring onions.

16.

Lipsmacking flavorful delicious paneer fried rice is ready.

Enjoy hot with tomato ketchup or any gravy of your choice.
