Yield - 4 servings

Ingredients

Mutton Liver ( Mutton Eeral) - 1/2 kg

Oil - 2 tbsp

Saunf (sombu ) pwd - 1/2 tsp

Onion - 1 big

Tomato - 1 big

Ginger garlic paste - 1 tbsp

Green chilli - 2

Turmeric pwd - 1/4 tsp

Red chilli pwd - 1 tsp

Pepper pwd - 1/2 tsp

Salt to taste

Instructions

1.

Clean and wash mutton liver pieces.

2.

Drain water completely.

3.

Heat oil in frypan.

4.

Add saunf pwd and saute.

5.

Add sliced onions and fry until light brown.

6.

Add ginger garlic paste and saute.

7.

Add slieed tomato, green chilli, coriander leaves and cook for a minute.

8.

Add mutton liver pieces and toss in high flame.

9.

Add turmeric pwd, pepper pwd and red chilli pwd.

10.

Add salt and toss.

11.

Add 1/2 cup of water and cook covered.

12.

Let it cook in high flame for 2 to 3 mins.

13.

Cook in simmer for 5 mins.

14.

Open the lid and roast until the curry thickens.

15.

Turn off flame.

16.

Garnish with fresh coriander leaves.

17.

Delicious Mutton liver fry is ready.

Serve hot and enjoy!
