Preparing delicious, sooper crispy & crunchy chicken tenders at home is very easy. Its our family favorite starter recipe and nothing can beat the divine taste of crispy chicken fingers for weekend dinner. They can be prepared just in 30 mins. Its also popularly known as chicken fingers or chicken strips at restaurant. Make this crispiest chicken tenders at home and enjoy the smiles of your loved ones!

Ingredients

To Marinate

Chicken Breast - 300 g

Milk - 1/2 cup

Eggs - 2

Onion pwd - 1 tsp

Mayonaisse - 1 tbsp

Corn flour - 1 tbsp

Garlic pwd - 1/2 tsp

Red chilli pwd - 3/4 tsp

Mixed herbs - 1/2 tsp

Salt to taste

To Make Outer Covering:

Maida / all purpose flour - 2 tbsp

Corn flour - 2 tbsp

Baking soda - 1/2 tsp

Red chilli pwd - 1/2 tsp

Pepper pwd - 1/2 tsp

Bread crumbs - 1 tbsp

Crushed corn flakes - 2 tbsp

Salt to taste

Instructions

To Marinate:

Wash and slice chicken breast to thin lengthy slices.

In a mixing bowl, add milk, eggs, onion pwd, mayonaisse, corn flour, garlic pwd, red chilli pwd, salt and mixed herbs.

Beat well to smooth paste.

Add the chicken and let it marinate for 3 to 4 hours or preferably overnight.

Lets Prepare The Outer Covering:

In a wide bowl, add maida flour, corn flour, baking soda, salt, red chilli pwd and pepper pwd.

Add bread crumbs and crushed corn flakes.

Mix well.

The outer coating is ready.

To Prepare Chicken Tenders:

Take the chicken slices and add it to flour mixture.

Coat well and arrange in plate.

Repeat the same for all the chicken.

Heat oil in frypan.

Add the chicken and deep fry in medium flame as shown in video.

Once the chicken turns golden and crispy, drain from oil in kitchen tissue.

Crispy delicious homemade chicken tenders / chicken fingers are ready.
