Here comes an instant dosa recipe that is very healthy and tastes divine. Ragi dosa or finger millet dosa is a delicious alternative when your kids are bored of regular dosas. Ragi dosa tastes crispy and yummy with a combo of red chutney or coconut chutney. This dosas come a great option for diabetic patients. Ingredients

Ragi flour - 1 cup

Rice flour - 3/4 cup

Wheat flour - 2 tbsp (optional)

Curd or yoghurt - 2 tbsp

Grated ginger - 1 tsp

Sliced green chilli - 1 tsp

Sliced onions - 1/4 cup

Curry & coriander leaves

Salt to taste

Oil to cook

Instructions

1.

In a mixing bowl, add ragi flour, rice flour, salt, cumin, hing, curd and water.

Mix well.

3.

Add enough water and mix to smooth thin batter.

4.

Add grated ginger, sliced green chilli, curry leaves, coriander leaves and sliced onions.

5.

Mix well and set aside.

6.

Let it rest for 10 mins.

7.

Heat a griddle.

8.

Drizzle oil to it.

9.

Pour ladle full of batter in concentric circles in hot pan.

10.

Cook in medium flame.

11.

Flip off to other side and cook.

12.

Cook until the dosa turns crisp and golden.

13.

Remove dosa from gridle.

14.

Repeat the same for the remaining batter.

15.

Delicious healthy Ragi dosa is ready.

16.

It makes an excellent combo with any curry or chutney.

17.
