Kaju Katli Recipe 

Here comes the India's very popular sweet recipe that is prepared during festivals like Diwali, krishna jayanthi, ganesh chaturthi, holi, raksha bandhan, etc. Its a perfect dessert that you can gift for your loved ones during the festive season. Its very simple to prepare this delicious fudge at home & it requires very few ingredients like cashew, sugar, cardamom and ghee.   • Kaju / cashewnuts - 200 g
  • Sugar - 150 g
  • Milk pwd - 25 g
  • Cardamom pwd - 1/4 tsp
  • Ghee - 2 to 3 tbsp


  1. Add cashewnuts to blender and grind to smooth powder.
  2. If required seive the powder to remove the lumps and set aside the fine cashew powder.
  3. Add sugar to pan.
  4. Add 3/4 cup of water and heat it.
  5. Stir to dissolve.
  6. Keep stirring until the sugar syrup reaches single strand consistency as shown in video.
  7. Now add the powdered cashew and milk pwd.
  8. Keep stirring in low flame.
  9. Add ghee and cardamom pwd and mix.
  10. Keep stirring until the mixture starts rolling on the sides of the pan.
  11. Grease a butter sheet with ghee.
  12. Pour the mixture and let it cool for 5 mins.
  13. Knead to smooth soft dough.
  14. Cover the dough with another butter sheet and roll it with rolling pin to flat shape.
  15. Slice it when its still warm to diamonds.
  16. Let it cool completely.
  17. Lipsmacking delicious homemade kaju katli is ready.
  18. Enjoy!
