Paneer sandwich makes a great filling breakfast, brunch or lunch box recipe. This cheesy, toasty, spicy sandwich can be prepared quickly and easily. This nutritious snack can be prepared in 15 mins only from start to finish. Kids love the soft chewy taste of paneer along with tempting spicy flavor. Ingredients

Paneer - 200 g

Bread slices - 8 to 10

Cumin pwd - 1/2 tsp

Ginger garlic paste - 1 tsp

Sliced onion - 1/4 cup

Green chilli - 1 or 2

Tomato sliced - 1/4 cup

Pepper pwd - 1/2 tsp

Red chilli pwd - 1/2 tsp

Chat masala pwd - 1/4 tsp

Coriander leaves

Salt to taste

Instructions

1.

Wash and grate paneer to fine shreds.

2.

Add cumin pwd, salt, ginger garlic paste, sliced onion, green chilli, coriander leaves, tomato, pepper pwd, red chilli pwd, chat masala pwd and mix well.

3.

Squeeze few drops of lemon juice and mix.

4.

Spicy paneer stuffing is ready.

5.

Take bread slices.

6.

Apply butter on the sides of the bread.

7.

Stuff 2 tbsp of paneer mixture and cover with another bread.

8.

Smear the surface with more butter.

9.

Place the sandwich on hot bread sandwich toaster.

10.

Grill until crispy & golden.

11.

Remove from toaster.

12.

Repeat for all the breads.

13.

Yummilicious grilled paneer sandwich is ready.

14.

Enjoy hot with mint chutney, tomato ketchup or any dip of your choice.
