It’s a very simple recipe that you’d have to try hard to mess it up. It makes an awesome starter dish for any party or get-together too. Give a try and you’ll sure love it..!

Ingredients

To make Stuffing:

Potato - 1

Green chilly chopped - 1 tsp

Coriander leaves chopped- 2 tsp

Chat masala pwd - ¼ tsp

Red chilly pwd - ¼ tsp

Amchur pwd - ¼ tsp

Lemon juice - ½ tsp

Salt to taste

To make Rolls:

White bread - 6 to 8

Corn flour - 1 tbsp

Bread crumbs - ½ cup

Oil to deep fry

Instructions

To make stuffing:

Wash and pressure cook the potatoes until soft

Peel and mash it

Add finely chopped green chilly, coriander leaves, chat masala pwd, red chilly pwd, amchur pwd, salt and lemon juice

Mix to make a thick mixture

Aloo stuffing is ready

To make Rolls:

Trim the bread edges

Take ½ cup of water in a flat bowl

Slightly dip one side of the bread just enough to soften them

Now add a spoon full of aloo masala in one side of the bread

Roll the bread carefully from one side and cover the masala

Seal the edges by applying little moisture

Press firmly so that the masala doesn’t peep out

Dip it slightly in corn flour paste

Cover it with bread crumbs and keep aside

Repeat the same until all the breads are coated

Heat oil in a fry pan

Drop the bread rolls in hot oil

Deep fry until the bread turns golden brown and crisp on all sides

Drain it in kitchen tissue
