Here is a sooper speedy Microwave Eggless Chocolate Cake recipe, which tastes great when served hot or cold. It takes just 5 mins to make this delicious fudgy cake. I have made this microwave chocolate cake several times and it’s an excellent recipe. It tastes lipsmacking moist and the yummy thing is..it gets ready in only minutes so we can treat ourselves anytime we get the choco craving..!

Ingredients

Cocoa pwd - 1 ½ tbsp

All purpose flour - ¾ cup

Sugar - ½ cup

Milk - ½ cup

Baking pwd - ¼ tsp

Baking soda - ¼ tsp

Vanilla extract - 1 tsp

Cooking oil - 2 tbsp

Lemon juice - 1 tsp

Instructions

1.

Grease the cake tin and place butter paper over it and keep ready

2.

Take a mixing bowl and add sugar

3.

Pour in the milk and mix well until sugar is dissolved completely

4.

Add all purpose flour and cocoa powder to a seiver

5.

To it add baking soda and baking powder

6.

Sieve the flour and add it to bowl

Mix well

8.

Add vanilla extract and cooking oil

(you can add chocolate chips too if needed)

Stir this up in the bowl

Add few drops of lemon juice and give a quick stir

Pour the chocolate batter to the cake tin

Tap the tin lightly to remove any air bubbles

Put the tray in the microwave oven and microwave on high for just 5 mins

Take it out of the oven

Insert a skewer and if it comes out clean, then your cake is cooked

if it doesn’t look cooked microwave for a further minute)

Keep it in a cooling tray and allow to stand for 5 mins

Now invert the tin over a plate and remove the butter sheet / cling film

Turn out into a serving plate
