This is a creamy and healthy beverage with a delicious taste. The recipe is quick, easy and nutritious. Almonds along with apple gives very rich sweet taste to the milkshake.

Ingredients

Apples - 2

Milk - 1 ½ cup

Almonds - 10 to 12

Cardamom pwd - a pinch

Sugar - as required

Instructions

1.

Wash and peel the apples.

2.

Chop them to small pieces.

3.

First blend chopped apple pieces, almond, sugar to smooth paste adding very little milk.

4.

Now add crushed ice, cardamom pwd and blend for one more minute.

5.

Pour in tall glass.

6.

Serve chill with chopped almond nuts and apple slices.

7.
