Ingredients

Carrot

Beetroot

Cabbage

Cauliflower - all veg together 2 cups

Onion - 1

Cornflour - 1 tbsp

Soya sauce - 2 tbsp

Oil - 1 tbsp

Spring onion - little

Sugar - ½ tbsp

Red chilly - 2

Garlic - 4 pods

Instructions

1.

Cut all the vegetable to small pieces.

2.

Grind red chilly and garlic to fine smooth paste.

3.

Heat oil, add this paste and sauté in low flame for 4 mins.

Add chopped onion, vegetables and sauté further for 5 mins.

5.

Add 2 tb water to it and allow to cook completely.

6.

Add sugar, soya sauce and salt.

7.

Check if the vegetables are cooked and soft.

8.

Take cornflour in a small cup, add water to it and make a smooth paste.

9.

Pour this to the above soup and allow to boil for 3 mins.

10.

Garnish with spring onion and coriander leaves.

11.

Healthy and Tasty Vegetable soup is ready to serve hot.
