Ingredients

Paneer - 200 g

Potato - 1

Bread - 1 piece

Onion - 1

Green chilly - 2

Chopped coriander leaves - 2 tbsp

Garam masala pwd - 1/2 tsp

Coriander pwd - 1 tsp

Nutmeg pwd - 1/4 tsp

Bread crumbs - 1 cup

Salt to taste

Oil to deep fry

Instructions

1.

Grate paneer finely in a bowl.

2.

Boil potato, peel off the skin.

3.

Mash and keep it ready.

4.

Trim the edges of the bread and add to paneer.

5.

Add the mashed potato

Add salt, chopped onion, garam masala pwd, nutmeg pwd, coriander pwd and sliced green chilly.

7.

Add finely sliced coriander leaves and mix all the ingredients well.

8.

Knead it to soft dough.

9.

Make small balls out of it.

10.

Pat it flat to desired shape.

11.

Beat egg in a small bowl and keep bread crumbs ready.

12.

Place the paneer cutlet mixture ready.

13.

Now dip the cutlets in beaten egg.

14.

Coat it with fresh bread crumbs.

15.

Heat oil in a fry pan.

16.

Once the oil is hot, drop the paneer cutlets gently.

17.

Deep fry till it turns golden brown on both sides.

18.

Drain it on kitchen towel.

19.

Yummy Paneer Cutlets are ready.

20.

Garnish and serve hot.

It tastes yummy with green chutney, tomato ketchup or any dip of your choice.
