For celebrating  Karthigai  Deepam ,  we prepared  Pal  Payasam, which is a delicious Indian dessert recipe. It is very easy to make with few ingredients and a real treat for our tastebuds !
Usually this payasam is prepared for neivedyam ( offering to God ) & on special occasions like marriage & Feast.
The best  taste for Pal Payasam is when the raw rice is cooked in milk on slow heat in heavy bottomed vessel or in pressure cooker.
Do try and enjoy this rich & creamy dessert..:)
