Paneer Bhurji:

Paneer Bhurji is a quick, easy and very tasty to prepare dish at home. This delicious recipe is made with paneer or cattage cheese crumbled and then cooked with a choice of onion, tomatoes, green chilly  and spices.  It tastes yummy, with perfect combo of masalas added.

And It makes for a good side dish with roti, chapatti or with fried rice.

Except for the paneer, I have everything else. And I've heard that one can make paneer at home, a little time-consuming maybe, but very doable!

Thanks for stopping by my blog and leaving such a nice comment.

This recipe looks so, so good! Another plus: I am a vegetarian and I love Indian food (especially Paneer). One question--what is the 'Bhurji' in Paneer Bhurji? If I can locate an Indian market near me I'll have to try this out for sure.

Thanks for introducing me to such a yummy recipe, Jay!
